Jamie MacFadyen is a commercial photographer and director, specialising in advertising since his first assignments in 1994. His deliberate, crafted style has developed and evolved over his time shooting for an impressive range of national and international clients. He is at his best working on complex and intricate projects, and enjoys the diversity of disciplines that his varied commisions require. His experience and attention to detail have led to an exacting proficiency in a wide ranging field of subject matters.

Jamie is based in a purpose built, wonderfully equipped, eclectically designed studio, known as BRAZIL. But he spends most of his time in other places as his transient worklife dictates.

He has been accepted into the Luerzer’s Archive 200 Best Advertising Photographers Worldwide in 2008/09, 2010/11 , 2014/15, 2016/17, 2018/19 & 2020/21. He also has work accepted in the 1997, 2011 & 2016 Communication Arts Photography Annuals.
